Great but with one complaint.

A beautiful location and a clean tidy hotel. The food was amazing and the staff were very professional. My only gripe was that the walls were extremely thin on adjoining rooms meaning I could hear everything from both sides…. Conversation, kettle, nocturnal activity you name it. Try to request a room which doesn’t have this as it was really bad. Avoid room 102!!!

This is one of the few hotels that I stay in, where the quality of service just gets better and better, the room was great as is the quality and options on food, very central in terms of Cornwall. Only gripe is the bin on the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous occupant.

A relaxing stay.

All members of staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef was very supportive with allergies and worked out a menu suitable for dairy/soya free which was very kind and hopefully next time we can try it out as this time we are out. They cooked a beautiful dairy free breakfast for her. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and all delicious. The spa was amazing, loved the fact that no children were in there which made it a very relaxing experience. It is 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel is gorgeous and we will definitely visit again.
