Convenient, clean, affordable

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Common spaces, rooms, pool area all kept very clean. The beds were SO comfortable! Breakfast options were good, but several tables were wobbly and the dining area needs updating. We also wish the breakfast went until at least 10:00-10:30. New, more comfy pool furniture would also be nice, but we were very grateful to have an affordable hotel that was so well kept.

Rating Was Not Accurate

The room needed some maintenance. Shower head came off, lightbulbs needed changed etc. the lights from the two smoke detectors flash green all night long. The phone messaging was not cleared even after I called the front desk. Small pillows that look the size of a decor pillow, which you can spread out but are thin afterwards. Mattress soft and kind of lumpy. The quilted fiber fill quilt was like it was coated in plastic and the linens were not suffecient to cover it and make it comfortable. The room has a fridge and microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to have sheer curtains and no black out curtains to pull closed was an idiot. People could see into my room from the parking lot, made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. Check in is at 3pm and our room was still dirty and we had to wait another hour, my handicap husband couldn’t park in the ada parking because others who were not handicapped parked in those spots, the beds were very uncomfortable as well. We will never stay there again. Don’t recommend

This Comfort Inn was always our choice. But for some reason they gave us a handicap room The shower walk in. The shower head was not a dual stationary - only hand held & water was all over the floor- Could be dangerous. The carpet had " cockelburrs" in it. Couldn't walk barefoot. There was a piece of trash on the floor. Breakfast was good. But our nights here are over.
