Cole, was very polite, engaging, and friendly he was working the desk when I checked in. The room was clean and in good condition. The AC unit rm 217 cycled frequently and didn’t cool the room very well. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was stocked with towels and expected amenities. I plan to stay again within the next 60 days.

Pros: The staff were very kind and greeted us every time we arrived or as we were leaving. The beds were very comfortable and the room was as described. Cons: The first 5 minutes in the room I was washing my hands and the bathroom sink did not drain. At all. I immediately went downstairs to tell them about the issue even stating we would be happy to move rooms. I was told someone would be up in about 5 minutes to fix it. 30 minutes later it was but struggled to drain properly the entire time. Upon check in I was asked if we would like cleaning service which I said yes to. The next day when we returned to our room, we had fresh towels, but the beds were completely unmade which was frustrating. Our room had a king size bed and sofa bed. There was no bedding whatsoever in the room for the pull out bed so we had to go downstairs and ask for it ourselves. The overall facility was older than expected and it was noticeable. I wouldn't stay here again especially with the many options available in the St George area.

Overnight for Orienation at Utah Tech the next day. Breakfast was impressive. Waffles were good but many other choices. Pool was nice and hot tub too. Room was clean, comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Would stay there again.
