My family stayed for a busy football weekend and had a good time. While larger beds would be highly desirable, the room was spacious with a small kitchen sink and refrigerator. There was a small microwave in the hallway for community use. The shuttle to Beaver Stadium cost $20 per person round trip, with drop off (and pickup) about 200 feet north of the stadium.

Nice hotel for visiting Penn State
The hotel was nice, but it was out from any restaurants and night life. The hotel was great that it didn’t require a 2 night stay, but was very expensive. Also for paying about $1000 a night and not having breakfast included was not great. In the morning, the water and the coffee was out. The shuttle service to the game was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious and quiet. The bathroom was large.

We always loved staying at the Penn Stater. This time around, we didn't sleep well. The bed felt like a pull out mattress. They also provide coffee in the room, but no water to make the coffee. I will definitely stay again, but may need to more picky.
