It is under construction!! Was not told ahead of time ! Couldn’t hang by the pool… no weekend room staff .. they said just come to the desk and ask for towels if needed.. they never arrived!!

We had a short trip to South Lake Tahoe and chose this hotel as the location was great. It had a very nice room, friendly staff and good restaurants incase you did not want to go out for an evening meal. Defo would use again !

Room was bery dirty spider webs on bed head boar bath tub was dirty customer servie ck in was bad the only nice thing that happen was the ck out girl was nice and lisen to me also we almost suffocate with heather on room was hot ac not working look like room was not used 4 many months. Im so sorry we stay there we were so tired thats why we suffer hole room was faling apart

Not heater and worn out accommodations
Stayed on 15th floor. The Room was very worn out and found bugs in the room. Tried to use the heater and it did not work. I reported the heater issue with the front desk and they said to just not use it and they’ll give me more blankets if needed.
Heater was putting out cold air and the room would not get any warmer than 62
