Welcome to the best location Steamboat Springs has to offer. This 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation condo, which comfortably sleeps 4, is just a snowball throw from the slopes. Ski in for a quick lunch and then hit the slopes again, the powder probably has piled another 4 inches during that time so you can ski in fresh powder all over again. Afterward, your muscles will thank you for a dip in the hot tub to let them unwind after a great day at Steamboat!

This recently renovated unit features a fantastic, family-functional, open kitchen so you can cook the perfect dinner, while everybody else has gathered around the gas fireplace, relaxing after a hard day of your favorite Steamboat activities. This unit is charming and creates a peaceful environment to share time with friends and family. And the views, oh the views! The beds are comfy and the curtains are there to keep any night owls rested in the early mornings.

If you feel like grilling some steaks, you can do this on the outside grills, while your friends and family are helping you out or just playing on the huge yard of green grass in the summer. The condo was great - great views and location. Only complaint was the bed. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Easily remedied by new mattress - they aren’t that expensive.

It sure is high up there
Checking in? Breezy. The rest? Ooof, this place was what most people think of rooms in Vegas: just a place to sleep. First, the keys hardly worked to get into the building, same goes for the unit (original hardware? ). Second, the hallway leading to our unit was a cloud of pot smoke. The neighbor was generous enough to leave his door cracked so that his place didn't fill up with all that smoke. Didnt really care because I didn't have my kids with me. But dude! Really? Third, no adjusting the temperature, not allowed. Fourth, I think they need a gallon or two of Drano to go down the shower. Standing water for quite a while. This in the shower that also might have been the original hardware. It doesn't flow, it spits on you. Maid service rocked it though. It was clean, well stocked and lacking no amenities. Again, it did the trick to rest our heads. And I guess that's what counts. It was also cheaper than the Holiday Inn. So there's that.

Good value for the Steamboat condo market. Unit was well-equipped, but missing a few key items, luggage holders and mirrors on the wall. Close to hot tub. TV worked well, but no instructions, and it was small for the room.

It was fine.
A bit dated, but it got the job done. Management company only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, which was lame. But obviously a minor thing. The one thing that would really be nice is some higher quality pillows. It's tough to sleep when the temps are really hot in Steamboat. A little more bed comfort would help.

Comfortable and Convenient to slopes
We enjoyed our recent stay! The condo was cozy and we especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was an easy walk to the slope to ski down to the lift in the morning and skiing home at the end of the day was a treat. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Our only suggestion is get more silverware, there were only 5 forks. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay there again.

The location is great with easy walk out and easy ski in! View toward the mountain is good. Unit has essentials for kitchen and cleaning. Our second stay in this unit!

Perfect for our needs
Clean with a nice living room area and comfortable bed (pillows not so much). Perfect size for our short stay where we wanted to get out and explore the Yampa River, hike the ski hill, and eat in town. I'd stay here again.
