The room I reserved was not the room I got. I ordered a king suite due to what I needed for work and I received a smoke smelly double full room that it’s only reframing quality was the air conditioning worked. The vending machine is from the stone ages. The worst part of this experience is the parking. I am handicapped and my mom is wheel chair bounded; each night I came all spots were jam packed with buses that were parked on top of handicap accessible spots as well as cars that are also parked in handicapped without a plate or placard. I mentioned this to the staff and was dismissed rudely and one lady even had the audacity to say it wasn’t her problem. The price of the rooms at this place is not worth the rude staff, horrible parking, and getting random rooms you didn’t reserve. I will try my best to avoid this hotel in the future.

Good choice in Steubenville, Ohio
My sister and I were pleased with our room because it was clean, had plenty of towels, good water pressure, and also had lots of places to plug in and charge our devices. The beds were comfortable and were clean on top and under the mattress. The room itself showed some wear but nothing was wrong otherwise. The little refrigerator was welcome and did a good job. The hot breakfast was excellent, especially Bob's scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese on top. The hotel did not skimp on the breakfast items and there was a wide range of choices. Kudos to Bob for his cooking!

Terrible experience due to night staff allowing a large group of people to party in the lobby until around 2am. The noise didn't stop when people dispersed from the lobby....someone decided to crank up their car stereo in the parking lot and let everyone hear rumbling sub bass for an hour or so (around 1am). After calling the front desk and being told they would have them keep it down, nothing happened.

We were cycling from DC to Chicago. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It is about 1.5 mile walk to downtown. The neighborhood isn’t easy to access restaurants.

The lobby and breakfast areas were nice. Breakfast was just ok. Our room was quiet,but.. The floor was soaked from the AC unit and the carpet was filthy. Our mattress was shot, definitely needed to be replaced. I had such a backache in the morning. Pleather headboard was flaking and peeling apart.The whole room needed an update. Don't think I would stay again unless no other option nearby.
