Nice for the price
It was perfect for a business trip. The bed was comfortable, it had a new air conditioner, the shower had hot water and good pressure and the place was very clean. The outside of the building looks outdated and I was a little hesitant checking in, but it turned out to be just what I needed. It’s on a service road by the freeway so there’s not much traffic. There is a shopping area and Starbucks within walking distance.

I would not recommend this property
The room door led out to the parking lot, I did not feel safe as the door was I’ll fitted and I’m sure one shoulder push and it would open. The carpet was stained all over with cigarette burns, I didn’t want to take my shoes off as it looked filthy dirty. The curtains nearly covered the window and the nets curtains were shredded as if they had been attacked by a wild animal and they were filthy dirty. There was a stale unpleasant smell. Bed looked clean but I slept on top of the beds sheets. The staff were friendly when we had contact with them.

We booked this room and as we came in to our room we found that the room was full of flying bugs on the beds, the wall, the bathroom. They were everywhere. It was quite disturbing to say the least. We did get moved to an upstairs room but unfortunately they have no elevator...as a HP person it was quite inconvinient.

The property needs updates. There are no plugs for devices so you have to plug in items to lamps. No smart tvs. They offered a surge protector with more outlets but it was under the desk. Found 3 boxes of condoms in the drawer with the Bible, so there is that.

Was very nice, felt safe & relaxing hot tub, nice breakfasts. The only thing was they only have maid service every 3rd day, we had to ask to get our waste baskets emptied, had to go get towels a couple times, and get more coffee for the coffee maker. They even had us put all our used towels outside our door. I loved we could smoke 25 feet from doorways!

I cannot in good faith recommend this property. My non-smoking room reeked of both stale cigarette smoke and harsh chemicals designed to cover the smell of smoke. The carpet and curtains looked to be 20 years old and are likely the main reason for the lingering smoke smell. The carpet had cigarette burns! Thank goodness the bed and bedding were clean and scent free otherwise I would have absolutely been forced to find alternative accommodations. You can hear every sound from the surrounding rooms and outside. Overall, terrible experience and I never would have stayed if I had been traveling with my family.
