The facility for this hotel is old and dirty. Carpet in the room had several big stains, curtains were ripped and the rooms were only cleaned every 3 days.

Overall it suited what we needed it for, we were not looking for an all inclusive type hotel, just a safe place to sleep and shower. Like other travelers stated the room was a bit on the dated side and the carpet had drink stains. It really wouldn't take much to up do the rooms just a good detailed cleaning is all. We were more concered about the location and safe place to stay so that we could go see the Oakland A's game and this hotel was what we were looking for. They had EV Car charges which we used both nights, so that was a huge plus for us right there, they did offer a decent breakfast and good strong coffee so what more do you need. I read some other traveler wrote about the noise and Saturday night we heard what sounded like banging but it ended up being Fireworks nearby so not the Hotels fault and that was ok. Overall the staff always had a smile and no real complaints here. Our car was safe each night, we slept comfortable, other guests looked like families like us so it seemed very family friendly.

We loved the big, comfy beds. The TV channels were spotty and the shower sprayed everywhere. The fridge was very convenient to have in the room and the breakfast was good.Staff were great!

The Property is beautiful and well maintained. The room had torn curtains, looked like mold in the bathtub. The body wash container in the bathroom was empty and they left one little travel container. I was there 4 nights I had to go to the desk and report and they gave me 2 more little bottles. My room should have be serviced in my opinion in 2 nights as I was there 4 nights. The woman running the breakfast room was efficient and worked very hard but she was not nice, it made me feel Iike I shouldn't touch anything. MY friends in another room had issues also. We had stayed there before and didn't experience any problems but we don't plan on staying there again on our next trip to San Jose.
