The resort was well presented and clean on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. The room was clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. The resort itself was very nice, pools were great, room furnished nicely, great location and view from our ocean view room. However we booked an ocean front room and were allocated level one above the Drift bar and the room was not sound proof. The live music went until around 11 both night so was very hard for our children to get to sleep. I felt Managements response was disappointing- they said they will let the drift bar know. My advice to travellers is to check what level you will be allocated or request not level 1.
