Our room was kind of small but adequate. The hotel was in a business area that tended to be somewhat noisy but not deal breaker. We did find it hard to find dining.

Disappointing even for the price
Cleaners did not come once in 6 days, even after asking. Hot water didn’t work either. Hallways smell like weed and strange people hanging around the building at night. No frills would be an understatement

The stay was OK at best. Bed was comfy, bathroom was a bit cramped, as was the queen room. Tv worked, but looked like it was pulling off an antenna, not a cable, very staticy. My colleague and I arrived around 5 or so, and attempted to check in. I had booked 2 queen rooms for 2 nights. Found one room no problem, but took almost half an hour to verify another possible available room was cleaned and indeed available.

Great Stay Quality for the Price
I was in NY to celebrate the passing of my brother. While looking online for a hotel I initially wanted to be closer to the event. After reading reviews, I opted to stay here and was happily reassured I made a good choice. The room was clean and smelled fresh upon entering, something my husband gauges a room by. The bathroom was equally clean and to further the experience, the parking lot is fenced so your vehicle is safe. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming making the check in process smooth and hassle free. I would recommend the Comfort Inn and if I get back to NY again I intend to return.
