Trip was great loved the accommodations of cook wear wish there were more setting we were a family of 3 and only got 2 plates and 2 cups. And when my son went to ask for extra blanket they said they had no extras which I find weird being a hotel.

Crappy keys
Struggled to get my room door open and the laundry room door open despite using both keys. It was late at night and I just wanted to get some sleep. When I went to take some stuff to out the side exit my car the next morning at 9:06 a.m. My keys did not work to get back into the building And I had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to get back in.

I paid for 2 rooms for my colleagues' recent visit at Extended Stay. One guest was also charged with the card he provided for incidentals and we have been unable to correct the situation. Will never book at this property again.

Lets start off by saying that the customer service and front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thats where the best part stops. The room was dungy and musty, the floors and chairs looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in a few days, the kitchen was a disaster zone, the piece of backsplash behind the sink was completely separated from the wall, the sink leaked and continued to leak all night making it hard to sleep and when the people walked around above us, it sounded like they were about to fall through the floor and when they ran their sink, ours leaked even more. The bathroom was so so, at least it looked clean and the bed was okay. It was such a bad experience that we checked out a day early and went and stayed somewhere else our second day. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
