Looked great, but so disappointed
The property is beautiful, but the hotel rooms are very small and dated. The furniture was in terrible shape, and the bed was awful. It was lumpy and in need of a replacement. The cleaning crew stomped around and yelled down the halls at 7.30am. The floors creaked and the bed was as loud when you sat or even tossed a pillow on it. The restaurant would not answer to order food. The front desk kept saying they were open amd connected us 3 times. We were never able to get through to anyone.

I love this hotel. The decor is beautiful and comforting. The rooms have nice furniture and decorations. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door is great. It's also near the Y, which was perfect for me.
