I liked that this wasn't the typical roadside hotel with a fixed up lobby and beat up rooms, which is what we usually seem to stumble into on road trips. Looked like a nice, cozy restaurant next door, but we didn't get to take advantage.

We booked here after having a horrible and unsafe experience at another hotel. They were so friendly, accommodating and understanding. The staff checked in on us to see if everything was ok. The restaurant staff was so nice and thoughtful. Food was Devine.

Quinn is efficient and kind to all the guests and associates she works with. Craftsman house is a great choice in this area! The restaurant is good as well.

Enjoyed ourselves
It wasn't the most modern room I've stayed in but it was clean and comfortable and quiet. The floors do squeak a little when you walk, but that is part of the charm It is definitely more of an inn than a hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves. My one suggestion would be that the lounge area and the junior suite needs to have a TV on the wall as well
