Excellent and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet and lounge during the day. However there is no gym, swimming pool or public bath. There is less natural light from window because the property is very close to the neighbor building. If you open the curtain, you can only see the next building and its alley.

The hotel is well maintained and in very good location for transport and dining / shopping options. However, the customer services from staff members are patchy and random. Some days they're good, other times quite bad. The worst things are nobody manned the heavy front door and guests sometimes have hard-time to open it especially if they have lots of things in their hand.
