Excellent hotel
The location is amazing, close to the bus stop from the airport and to the ferry terminal. There's a supermarket three minutes away, to buy water and snacks. The Old Town is just across the road, so it's easy to explore the area. The room was nice and cozy, with a big comfy bed and a very nice shower. The staff was kind and helpful. I would stay here again, it was very good.

Convenient location
The hotel is very conveniently located for public transport and the Old Town. Buses from the airport and bus station stop within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. The Old Town with numerous restaurants and sightseeing opportunities is about a 5 minute walk. The staff were very polite and friendly but not necessarily as efficient as they could be. We had opted for the green housekeeping option which meant we should have got clean towels and the bins emptied every day. They just missed our room altogether and had to be asked for towels later in the evening. They were provided almost instantly but it's a scheme that needs a bit more fine-tuning. The water pressure was excellent for the shower. The bathroom needed a bit more thought. The basin looked good but was fairly impractical. There was no basin plug which made laundry difficult. It also lacked the standard toiletries. Just a fairly harsh combined shampoo and shower gel substance. No conditioner or body lotion. None of the other nice bits like vanity sets or sewing kits that other hotels in this price range tend to provide. Overall it was a nice enough stay and the location means you can forgive the minor negatives.
