Property needs to be better maintained. Doors are marked, windows need cleaning., elevators need to be updated. Restaurant very poor. Both times I ate there food was cold. Staff very limited which made for long waits. Not the Hilton I know ! Kudos to Lois and Mr Patel at front desk. Room not cleaned for two days!very disappointing experience. Will not return to this property.

I really enjoyed my stay and booked this property due to the pool. The pool did have a few dead bugs floating which I suspect it's due from the trees around the pool. House keeping sprayed down the pool chairs however there was still bird droppings. That did not deter me from enjoying the stay just a few things that I did notice.

The hotel is not near much that you can walk to. We were fine with it for the most part. Pool is small as is the sitting area, if the hotel was busy, that would be a problem. No pool towels Sunday afternoon as they were washing them all. Rooms are muggy and not ventilated well. Air conditioners are very loud so having a good quality sleep is not fully attainable.

My daughter and I spent a wonderful long weekend . The resort has everything and it was quiet and clean. Food good great pool bar and drinks with indoor or outdoor casual eating . We rented a car and had a great time exploring together . The pool and rooms have a great view of nature and water.
