Staff is very welcoming, stay is comfortable and convenient. The pool didn’t look up too par with cleanliness nor the women’s bathroom near the pool. Last day I was there the kitchen was closed due to a plumbing issues which made it inconvenient to the guest.

Staff was not helpful, place smelled moldy, fire alarm went off at 9 pm and shut off at 11 pm except for my room because it was next to the elevator and it did not shut off until 2 am and the manager was not willing to change my room even after confirming that there were rooms available that were blocked off for airlines.

I was surprised there was no fan in the bathroom. Also, the AC was pretty loud. Otherwise, it was great!

Definitely could have been cleaner! The reason for feeling unsafe would be that another guest was give the same room and same key at check in! Therefore I walked in a room that was occupied, which could have gone so wrong. Thankfully she had just checked in

The room was clean beds comfortable and room service was great. The hotel is out dated needs remodeling inside and outside. The facade of the building is showing it’s age and needs up keeping. The hallways of the hotel need better lighting and the wall finishing by the hotel rooms need to be replaced with something that greasy handprints and or liquids will be easier to clean
