The place is beautifully cleaned. The staff, however, was less than helpful. I explained that I needed to come in early because we had a show to do and I needed to shower and dress. The person who answered the phone could not have cared less. I was held to almost 3 PM before I could check in. That left me exactly one and a half hours to get ready. I called at 9:30 that morning to see about checking in at approximately 1 o’clock. It was a no go. Check out is at 11 AM. It seems to me that a room could’ve been ready for me by that time. However, since they strictly adhere to 3 PM, I will not stay there again. Sometimes guests need an accommodation. Apparently it was too much to ask. I get that it is inconvenient however there was a last-minute change for us as well that I had no control over. At any rate, that was my only complaint.

Second time staying here, will stay here again
I stayed here a few months ago to visit friends in the area. The staff was friendly and the property looks recently updated. The location is great (however, the 1-way road behind the hotel and the very slow Gall Blvd in front don't make for an easy arrival/departure). The only issue I really had at the property is the ice machine did not dispense ice. Also, one of the USB charging ports I tried to use in the room didn't work. Otherwise, everything was fine and it served its purpose quite well. I'm sure I'll be back here the next time I visit the area.
