Excellent hotel!
In short a brilliant hotel in an excellent location. Tbilisi is a wonderful city and this really nice and reasonably priced hotel is literally in the middle of everything. Staff were also very helpful, and the room clean tidy and a good size.

The room has only lace curtains so the inside of the room can be kind of visible from pedestrians if you turn on the light. The accommodation itself is pretty old so the floor is uneven. The bed squeaks. The bathroom stinks badly from drain. WiFi unstable most of the times. The only good part is its location in the middle of the tourist sights.

Nice hotel in an excellent location
The hotel is in a really excellent location, only 2 minutes walk from Meidan Square and Kote Apkhazi street in Old Tbilisi, and 10 minutes walk from Freedom Square and the start of Rustaveli Avenue. My room was large with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful with directions and printing a boarding pass for me. The hotel is very clean. Recommended if you are looking for a small unpretentious hotel near all

Wonderful
Best regards to staff members, who try hard to please you. Just very positive people. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All clean and facilities working well. Lucky location, because most places in Old Tbilisi are very noisy, because of nerrow streets and many people walking downtown. Also a huge car traffic. This place is close from everything and also minimum noise is heard. Good soundproof walls. Have also write, that this is our 5th time in Georgia. Love Tbilisi and every interesting places here, around.

First of all should mention an excellent location of a hotel. It's very near from main attractions of Old Tbilisi, hiden center, but much more quiet place, then the area at Meidan and Shardeni but the distance is just 150-200 metres. Staff members are nice. They welcomed us and make a quick check-in, as we reached hotel very tired. Also their advices were very helpful and just the info we wanted to know. All photos are correct - facilities and everything works well. We will be back in July for sure.
