We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great location close to old town Temecula and also a mall and Costco. The rooms were large and spacious. The separate seating area was great

The room looked very nice spacious. Bathroom was also very nice and clean. Lights needed to be a little bit brighter. My only complaint is the mattress. It needs to be replaced cause it has dips in it. Made it uncomfortable.

Our room was not acceptable. Bathroom was dirty. Not properly cleaned. Supplied front desk employee pictures and voiced our complaint to forward to manager. She rolled our eyes at us. I’m waiting to see what management says. We have stayed at the hotel numerous times. I will never stay again.
