I booked this hotel through Expedia. Expedia said that I would have a king size bed and a sofa bed however, when we got there, they said there is no sofa bed and that Expedia always makes that mistake. They said we would have to pay an extra $160 to get an upgrade for two beds.

Great place to stay.
Great place! Just an overnight so no room service needed. Thought it interesting however, no nightlight in bathroom nor plastic dry cleaning bag to put our wet swimsuits in. All staff very courteous and friendly.

the fridge in my room smelled like fish and the toilet had bodily fluids on the outer bowl. the common areas of the hotel were very hot. I understand being conservative, but the gym for example was 84 degrees.

The booking didn't go as planned although, the receptionist offered food/bev credit for changing our room. The service was pleasant but most importantly, cleanliness was exemplary throughout the hotel. The bed was cozy and felt clean.

Bathroom’s required toilet repair, should have been checked and fixed. Bath tub was unsafe due to very slippery tub bottom. Hot water wasn’t hot but warm, could have been more warm!

Hot tub pool closed
Specifically selected this hotel out of several others in the area for the hot tub/pool. However it is not available to be used in the morning. Does not open until 10 am per the desk. Makes it Rather hard to get swim laps or relaxed in hot tub to not open. Gates were all electric so no one would have to be bothered to come unlock. Just change gate times on the computer. No life guards and towels were already out. Quite disappointed.
