I enjoyed my 5 nights here very much.
It should be noted that this is not a traditional hotel. Check is done by yourself. You receive an email in advance with instructions on where to get your key.
Except for the absence of a front desk or any staff, once you are in your room, you really don't notice any lack of service.
The rooms are decorated in a mountain cabin style, with wood-burning fireplaces, large beds,.couches, and large balconies. The room itself was very big. Much bigger than a standard hotel room, with a modern and well-appointed washroom.
Fire logs are supplied, and the rooms have good Wi-Fi, decent television, and lots of places to plug in a charger.
The road to the lodge is gravel and the last little bit is fairly steep. But there is certainly enough space to park, next to the building, even if you may have to tuck in against the hillside at the edge of the dirt road. No elevators, but a single flight of stairs gets you to your room, be it up or down.
I visit Terrace a lot for business and would definitely consider staying here again.
