Dirty and total lack of customer service. We left after 1 night and moved to a real hotel. We had driven in from Chicago and never been so disappointed.

WE GOT THERE A DAY EARLY . HAD A ROOM AVAILABLE WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP THE SAME ROOM . ONLY DISAPPIONTMENT WAS IT WAS CHEAPER TO JUST WALK IN THEN TO BOOK ON LINE. ALMOST 200 DOLLARS CHEAPER. YOU WIN SOME YOU LOSE SOME.

the bathroom was gross. i reserved a non smoking room but didn't get one. if my wife was with me we wouldn't have stayed. i was in town for a marathon and left after i showered after the race didn't stay the second night .

This was very dirty and noisy. People live here and were up all night hanging out outside rooms. Smelled of stale smoke. Moldy bathroom. Just felt unsafe. Slept innour cloths on top of sheets we brought
