Great RV Rental
Loved it here in Thompson Springs, UT. Nice RV park. RV had all that you need for a comfortable stay. One evening in the area behind the park, we saw 15 antelope grazing. Found numerous rabbits and turkeys on our walks. Sego Canyon is down the road from the park and we saw petroglyphs or "rock art" on the canyon walls. Nice, friendly people in the park. Away from the hustle and bustle of Moab which was nice.

Quiet and very accommodating host. Perfect for our Arches & Canyonlands visit. If you’re not a camping person this may not be your choice.

Not what we expected
The managers communication was 5 star. Before we arrived, I thought I had researched and asked the right questions to get an idea if this unit would meet our needs.....However it did NOT. We own an RV and have camped all our lives. So maybe we expected something as nice as our own. This unit had some issues. The air vents over the bed did not have a cover and this was very creepy for my wife. The toilet lever stuck so the smell was unpleasant and that is putting it nicely. The air conditioner did not work properly.... so we did not come back until after dark and we would raise the windows to cool down the camper. This camper is not in a campground..... it is a gravel parking lot. For a place to stop overnight I guess it would be fine but not to stay several nights. We were going to sit outside the first night because the camper was so hot and the bugs ate us up before we could get the chairs off the porch. The other places we stayed told us they spray to keep the bugs away. We did not experience the bugs at any of the other place in Utah. I wanted to stay somewhere where we would not be surrounded by concrete but this was just not the right fit for us. It was 100 degrees or more on the second day and we left the air conditioner on so the camper would be cool when we returned. When we returned, the camper was so hot ...a candle my wife had bought for a romantic candlelit dinner had melted and was nothing but a glob of wax. Could not recommend this unit. If you have a nice camper at home ...this is not a home away from home substitute.

The property had everything we needed - right down to coffee and spices. Dave and his wife were great to work with and the location was perfect - convenient but quiet. We have recommended this place to our friends and will definitely rent again should we be back this way.

Very Nice, Clean Trailer
The trailer is very nice and clean and was well stocked with most items we needed. We used this trailer as our base for hiking Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It is about a 35 minute drive in to Moab but for the price and privacy we were fine driving that extra mileage. The park is quiet, well organized and clean. The location right off of I70 was very convenient. There’s a gas station at this exit for all the basics and to refuel for the trip in and out of town. The owner was very helpful. He explained all the hikes located near the town and provided maps on how to get there. We didn’t have time to explore these trails but they sounded very interesting. We would recommend this place for people looking to see all the sites in the area but don’t care about all the busy, touristy bar scenes in Moab.

BEAUTIFUL BUT WRONG ADDRESS LISTED
OUR STAY WAS LOVELY AND THE TRAILER IS FANTASTIC. THE AREA IS ALSO AMAZING WITH SOME FUN OFF ROADING JUST 2 SECONDS OUT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY LISTED AN ADDRESS THAT IS AN HOUR AWAY FROM THE ACTUAL LOCATION, WHICH IS SUPER ANNOYING BUT IF YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY SEND YOU, YOU SHOULD BE FINE, OR ASK THEM PERSONALLY FOR THE CORRECT ADDRESS.

Very quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Moab
The park was located about 30 min from Moab and offered a good home base to explore the area. There are so many National parks around, so much exploring to do. The RV was immaculate and smelled good. It was stocked nicely with cookware, utensils, spices, coffee...all that good stuff. The bed was so comfortable with a little window on each side so you could get a cool breeze flowing through. There was an extra blanket in the room and plenty of pillows. There was a train that went by each night, but not too loud or annoying, just that subtle train noise in the distance. Great night’s sleep! The shower worked fine. We even rented a movie in town at redbox to watch one night on the DVD player. There is a great restaurant overlooking a river, in the nearby town of Green River. We had a delicious breakfast there. Overall, if you want to avoid the crowds, this is a nice quiet location to relax and unwind after a long day out and about hiking. The only issue we had was it took just a bit to cool the place down after we got in it each evening. The days were really hot when we were there, so it’s understandable. But once it cooled down, it got cold enough we could turn down the air and it was quite comfortable. Thanks for the great experience!

Great spot!
This little RV Park was right off the highway. Not as close to Moab as I would have liked but it turned out ok for this trip. The RV was in great condition and very clean. Dave (the owner) was a great host and showed me how every worked. The camp was quiet and clean. Dave even gave me maps and directions to local spots that were fun to see. Overall great location!

Nice, Clean and Affordable
Check in and check out was a breeze. We stayed here while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. Everything in the camper was in good order. RV resort was nice and quiet. Only downside was the train that came thru twice and blew is horn 3 or 4 times.

OMG - We Wanted to Move In!
My hubby is usually the master of "it's better than I thought it would be" but in this case, this was the best accommodation I have ever rented. Quiet, spacious-feeling, bright, and very, very nicely appointed with pots, pans, dishes, and even coffee ready to go! We liked it so very much and the hosts were on site and wonderful: readily available to answer any questions, and friendly. We used this as a base for visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Parks and it was FAR better than the closer-in/noisier/much more pricey Moab: well worth the extra drive to get there. VERY highly recommended!

Great stay, poor internet
We absolutely loved our stay here. The trailer was nice and spacious, clean, and the RV park was nice and quiet in the evening. The only thing we were disappointed with was the quality of the internet. It was sooooo slow it was ineffective! Which is fine if you weren’t planning on streaming tv shows in the evening but a bummer if you were! Next time we’ll just have to pack our own dvds and board games. But there will be a next time.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Owner took us through the trailer right after check in to acquaint us to all the different options available in the trailer. The bathroom was spacious, fireplace cozy and the whole place was clean. Would highly recommend it.

Misleading Location but enjoyed the stay
I rented this camper based on the location being in Moab. It is not in Moab but rather Thompson Soring, that is a long drive in a Jeep if you’ve come Moab to go off-roading like I did. Other then being over 30 miles from Moab, the camper was nice and clean. The management was very friendly as well. I wouldn’t stay there again if I was going to Moab to go off-roading but if I wanted a quite clean place to relax this would be the place.
