Room smelled aweful, bathroom had mascara marks on counter that took me 2 seconds to wipe off, tub dirty looking and cracked and peeling, vent didn’t work and was falling off the ceiling.

Room was clean, nice accommodations however the main facility was dirty, very noisy all night long. The hotel was not busy but they assigned us a room right next to the exit door making it very noisy throughout the night!

We were given room 132 upon arrival. The things that were in the next room did not behave like humans. Kid running up and down in the hallway. First thing in the morning. Last thing at night. The adults banging stuff in the room non-stop, yelling. The banging and yelling never ended. Then there was tapping on the window at any hour between midnight and morning. Around 6 in the morning, the events of the night before gets repeated until they leave. I am dealing with a neck and shoulder injury. Despite taking my pills, neither Ken nor I could sleep. After two nights I went to the front desk and explained everything I said above. We were moved to the Royal Residence. We had an amazing sleep Friday night. We thanked the Manager, who moved us, profusely for switching us and expressed our appreciation for having a great night’s sleep. On Saturday night we settled in cause we need to get up early to travel back to our home. They moved someone into the room beside us while we were out. We settled in for the night. No sleep for us. We called the front desk, nothing was done. We called again at 2 am, the front desk person showed up at our door to let us know that person was moved into that room cause he was disturbing the people around him. We were put there to avoid people like him, and they rewarded us with him. No sleep for us. They refused to move him, but offered to move us to a new room at 2:30. We spent 4 nights, slept 1. I want a refund for 3 night. Thanks.

Language barrier. Had to ask staff to repeat themselves 4 or 5 times before i could understand what they were saying. Perhaps an electronic translator at the front desk would be helpful. Room was run down and smelled old. A shuttle service to the airport would be a great addition

Worst place I have ever stayed at. The hallways were filthy, as was the room. There was mold in the bathroom (and this was considered an upgraded room - junior suite). The furniture was horribly battered, and I refused to take off my clothes to sleep in the bed. Worst of all, a security guard sat outside our door all night long! We were ‘treated’ to a free breakfast the following morning - very limited in what they provided. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Absolutely shameful!!

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was good. Television was good. The bathroom was terrible and the tiles were discussing with black mold and soap scum. It could use a little TLC and some CLR cleaner with some elbow grease to clean it up. Property quality control is not up to standard. The property could use some improvement.

The lobby is fancy but the rooms are not. The parking lot entrance to the rooms had a lot of boxes scattered around and other trash. When we went to the room the door was already slightly open and looked like it had been broken into at some point. It didn't feel safe going into a motel room without having to use a key to get into it the first time.

The pictures on Expedia and the Ramada website do not at all accurately reflect the rundown, dirty condition of this hotel. Check recent reviews on Google Maps. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Hallways and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Woke up at 3:20 am to even stronger smell of cigarettes. No answer at front desk each of the 3 times I called until 3:45. Carpets, windows, bathroom not clean. Visible stains and marks.We will never stay here again. The best part of staying here was leaving.
