Worst place I have ever stayed. The door to the room would not close. The carpets were filthy. The pool was closed for renovations. We were directed to an alternative door that was closer to our room, it was out of order. Breakfast included was not free but al a cart. The toilet ran all night and the tv worked intermittently.

This hotel consists of a very old, dungeon like building. While the staff is hospitable and cooperative, there are serious concerns such as: Towels smell like crap Faucets are rusty Washrooms are extremely congested Carpets are old and dirty The building smells like some old prison

This is not the same as the photos on the website. A motel trying to be a hotel. The room was clearly once a meeting space with beds placed in it. Couch had stains. The lights were blinking. We left and did not stay

The room was so filthy. The bedding was stained. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom door was coming apart. The AC was broken. The entire room was stained and dirty. There were so many people trying to leave at the same time as us, because how bad it was.

Thumbs down Ramada in TBay
Room was swapped by management because air conditioning was not working in booked room. The room had no electrical outlets for microwave or coffee maker. Access to electrical outlets for computer were not available due to inaccessible and in use by television and lamps. The continental breakfast was adequate however the toaster was not functioning correctly and the area smelled of burnt toast, additionally the seating in the dining area was stained. Though setup for a restaurant there is no restaurant services.

This property is filthy and the hotel structure is badly deteriorated. As just one example, I found a decomposed piece of fruit, likely weeks old, under a piece of furniture. This place is disgusting, there is no reason why someone should ever stay here.

No air conditioning in two of the 4 rooms. Noisy, especially with the window open. Pool has been “temporarily closed” for 3 years. What a dump.

The staff were great and friendly. The entire property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Such a shame that whoever owns this has let it go to this point. Boarded up windows, dirty hallways and stairwells. Grass and weeds over grown all over the property. Garbage and empty alcohol containers at the front door on the ground. Vending machines are of course out of order, I could go on and on. One good thing is the restaurant beside it.

Lobby great but hallway to room smelled like smoke and pot. Broken beer bottles in ice maker area with plywood covering where a window was beside exit door. Once we got to our room it was very large with industrial lights on ceiling. Our room was fine, bed good, new towels. Would not recommend this hotel. Is it used as homeless shelter?

This hotel should be dropped by Expedia for your own credibility. Couldn’t get into room without staff help twice. Once in, we were appalled. Room was dirty, wall damaged, bed seriously damaged, pool ‘under renovation, blind in room could not be raised, room smelled horrible. I believe the hotel is being used by the government for unhoused natives.

The room was nothing like photos, chips in paint all around room, stale stinking room, dirty carpet, blinds did not work, no hand grabs in bath, towel racks broken off, bed tippy and uncomfortable, poor tv access, no paintings on walls, supposed to have a couch but no couch in room, person at checkout said they were too busy to assist us and were snarky, never did get receipt for hotel, ice machine on second floor and not accessible for people with limited mobility. Would not stay here again.
