Very old. Room was old with cracks and holes that were plugged in by tissues. Window had a crack that was letting in the cold. Asked for a room change but instead they send a maintenance guy who came to fix the window by stepping on the bed to get the window. The room had no heater and they said if you want a room with a heater you have to upgrage to a “premium room” No waybon the reservation did it say only premium rooms have heaters. It is so inhumane to subject people to such harsh conditions without fully disclosing it. On top of that they wouldn’t offer us wash cloths saying they dont carry washcloths at all. The parking garage is so old and rusty pipes everywhere. Old beds are also thrown there in the parking garage thats in the basement. This place is horrible. We ended up leaving at midnight because it was terrible.

Nos cobraron extra por 2 menores . El cuarto olia mal El baño olia a caño Las sabanas olian mal La ventana no cerraba toda la noche se escuchaba la musica y olas no se podia dormir agusto. El almuerzo estaba incluido Pero toda la comida estaba fria y los frijoles tenian olor de echados a perder Nada tenia sabor . Lo unico bueno era el cafe .

Convenient hotel
It was a good stay, anything convenient. We like the location of this hotel, everything is in walking distance. It is close tobthe beach & has a great variety of restaurants in walking distance.

I did not like the property at all. It was very dirty needs to be updated. The parking where you parked the car looks very unsafe there valet parking doesn’t even park the car for you. You cannot make noise after 11. The property over all looks very old.

The room i got was great, was missing a few amenities. You onlyvget 2 towel, usually i fing a towal to use on the floor and a face towel. Iusually have an iron and an ironing board. Over all it eas good, i was at this hotel a few years back but a liked this hotal .with back experience
