Customer service was disrespectful and the service person at the front desk was rude and impolite. Rooms were nice apart from the service person when checking in and out was very disrespectful and rude. Will not be staying here again.

The good things about this property are the position and the service. The building is neat but needs to be updated.It is an excellent 70-style property. Old noicy ceiling fans. It needs a fresh makeover, not just paint. It is too expensive for what it is.

We loved our stay at the Coral Sands Resort. Our was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was fantastic along with the friendly staff 😎👍

My room wasn’t clean, hair in shower, conditioner or something on wall, stuff under the bed, dusty. Check in was quick, staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Great view from room.

The Pullman is one of the farthest hotels from the Port Douglas village, but it is self-contained, and the staff are incredibly helpful with any requests. We self-drove but there was also a shuttle available at most times into town. We selected the Pullman for the timeless decor. I had read a few reviews about most hotels being 'dated'. We weren't disappointed. It was lovely. We stayed in one of the three-bedroom villas with a pool, and it felt very luxurious! It was larger than our own home in Sydney!
