The staff was friendly. The hotel is in a good location and quiet. The beds are super comfy and breakfast is good. However, Iā€™m giving this hotel a 3. Housekeeping came on the fifth day even though they were supposed to come every 3 days. There was a spider in the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom and a beetle came crawling into the bathroom the last night we were there. The whole room smelled very strongly of mold/mildew and there was mold at the top of the shower. Probably because there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nothing mentioned above bothered besides the smell and mold. And the super dirty bathroom floor.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I expected more for the price that I paid. The carpet was dirty in both the room and the hallway. The paint was chipped and the walls were cracked in places. The thermostat in my room was not working correctly even after the desk person came and reset it. I just tolerated the warm room as it was too much trouble to move at that point.

The young lady that checked me in kinda rushed the process. Before I can place my ID back in my wallet, she was back in the office talking on her phone. After 2 hours in the room, I decided to turn the air off that had been going since I entered the room. The one in the bedroom had leaked on the carpet. So, it was soaked. I was not able to switch rooms and the manager would not be available until Monday. It was a Saturday. Outside that, it was a bad hotel.

Our toilet seat was falling off, the cleaning staff should have reported this, room was fair with cleanliness. When I went down for breakfast 45 minutes before closing they had no sausage or bacon left. It also seemed very picked over. Not sure if I would return again

our room was clean, im pretty sure. There were stains over most of the carpeted areas. lighting was very dim. The bed was okay. when i turned down the sheets for sleep time I had to pick a few small unwanted somethings off the bed. made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. Location was great, staff was friendly enough. I think a renovation is probably planned and we were there before it happened. Just seemed older and not quite clean probably because of its age and stains through the years.

The stay was good with one hiccup. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. However, the bed was a surprise. It was much like a parallel of Goldilocks in which she chose the bed that was too firm. It may have been just me, but I believe that the bed was too firm for my liking.

The hallways were littered with trash, our outlets were not properly attached to the walls which is extremely unsafe. The shower temperature knob was coming out of the wall. The room was poorly lit. We had an ant problem. We didnā€™t have a safety latch on the door which was extremely un nerving considering they knew we were traveling with a small child. Over all this was my second stay in this hotel itā€™s been three year since my last stay and I was hoping we wouldnā€™t have the same problems as last time but come to find out we had those problems plus several more. Not to mention the pool had a film of dirt and oils on top and was absolutely trashed. After calling down to the desk to complain about the kids being left unattended in said pool and being loud and noisy nothing was done.
