Had Reservation but No Room Available
At check-in they only had 2 rooms for our 3 room reservation. We were told the hotel was sold out. The ladies attempting to check-in before us were told “their reservation must have been canceled”. We were told the some. The employee at the hotel desk was rude. Apparently they gave someone else a room under one of our reservations and told us everyone had checked in. However we had one room in which we could not check in. They blamed the 3rd party booking not only to us but to the other guests with no room as well. The hotel management was then unwilling to process a refund for a room we did not stay in and then obviously charged someone else who was able to check in under our name. The only good was Trenishia in the breakfast area! She was so friendly and accommodating.

Arrived at check in time and waited approximately 45 mins to check in. Individuals ahead if us were told their rooms were not ready. Only one person behind the desk for about a half hour. The staff person Eriq was by himself and was pleasant under the stress of a long list of customers. Not his fault.

Excellent except for beds
I accidentally boomed a handicap room so our room was large, roomy, ckean and pretty. Staff is nice, breakfast is enough that you dont leave hungry. Cookiesin the afternoon! The only negatives are the tv buffered sometimes and the beds were very uncomfortable.

We found that the rooms were very very clean. I always look into the bathroom first because if it is clean, then it is likely that the rust of the room and the rest of the hotel will be clean also. The bathroom very very clean. So the rest of the room and the rest of. the hotel. This hotel is in an excellent location. We found the front staff to be very, very friendly. In particular, Nikolai, was particularly nice to us. It was friendly and funny, and we enjoyed talking to him. The breakfast is very good. Very fresh and has a variety of items each day and from day to day. It is stocked regularly and we never saw anything that was empty at any time. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had booked two rooms for a one night stay. One room had an air conditioner that did not function correctly. The other, the bathroom was not cleaned well. There was stains on the side of the bowl and facial trimming around and in the sink bowl. The woman that greeted us was very friendly and welcoming, so that was a plus.
