Pet friendly accommodation in Tokai

Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

I had an excellent stay on joth occasions. The staff were helpful, professional and very cheerful. Perhaps some consideration might be given to installing a lift, particularly as most people have large/heavy luggage.

The staff truly went above and beyond for us. We arrived just before midnight, exhausted from our travels, and they greeted us with warm smiles and great service. They quickly guided us through check-in, empathetic to our fatigue, and took the time to show us to our room so we could rest. A few hours later, at 4:30 am, we were pleasantly surprised by a delicious breakfast that gave us the energy we needed for our next flight. The venue and amenities were wonderful, but it was the incredible staff who made our experience truly memorable. Their kindness and understanding made all the difference during our stay.
