We were excited to try this place out. However, it was one disappointment after another. We came in hungry - the ice cream machine was broken (I know, not a big deal); my husband was so looking forward to sitting in the hot tub - it wasn’t working (the front desk didn’t even know it wasn’t working and had to ask “housekeeping” (not maintenance) about it; the fire alarm went off at 7:30 a.m. - we were on the 6th floor. We couldn’t get anybody at the front desk to answer the phone, so we got dressed and went downstairs. The front desk person didn’t even know the fire alarm had gone off and seemed uninterested. Maybe we were overly tired and hungry when we checked in, but all these things just added up. We checked out. Never to check in again.

The only down fall to the stay was the power going out which caused the elevators not to work. When I called down to the help desk they were unable to direct me to the stairwell that would allow me to stay inside the facility to go down to the casino itself. We were on the 5th floor. The exit stairwells led to the outside with no way to enter back into the facility unless you walked around to the front doors.

We came for a concert. We had sprung $$ for front row seats. The concert was amazing, but the security staff literally blocked the view of the entire show by standing up directly in front of us. When i tried to politely mention it to the staff (manager on duty)after the show, They didnt want to hear a word about it. He was a jerk about it. The other staff throughout the place were great! We would have gambled more if the staff manger didnt frustrate us so much! Make note, this is a dry location no alcohol !

My check in was at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till almost 4. There was hair in the bathroom shower whiped on the walls the first time we looked in there and a dust layer on the night stands and tables. The bathroom had an off sour smell for the whole stay so we had to keep its door closed. Concert and food was great but the hotel service was not this trip sadly.

No hot water due to an ‘equipment failure’ that took place earlier in the morning. Arrived for check in 5 hours after the occurrence and wasn’t notified that we would not have hot water for the day. Why not reach out and notify those with reservations???

Nothing was wrong with this stay at all on Legends Hotel and Casino. The issue/failure was on Expedia’s part. I booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5. I needed the room with two queen beds and a sofa. That’s what I selected on Expedia’s website. We were put in a room with two queen beds only. When I expressed that’s what I had booked to the front desk, they tried their best to accommodate with me. But they didn’t have a corner room. They couldn’t allow a tool away bed in the room we had either. Because of the BOOKING failure I am disappointed. Legends was great! Very clean and the staff were so kind.
