The proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle were great. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. The hotel however, is dated and in rough shape. It was not what I expect from the Best Western Premier name.

We live in the digital age and they don’t even have something as simple as tap for your credit card using your phone. I don’t understand. It also did not state anywhere that parking was extra The basement where the pool is absolutely stank, smelt, mouldy

Room 321 needs maintenance. shower doesn't switch off the single stream setting, several things need secured, fixed or replaced, water damage in corner by window - not repaired (could there be mold?) Beds are very soft. Only stayed a few hours 5pm - 11:50pm so didn't sleep.

No complaint with room or restaurant. Shuttle service from airport was very slow between calling hotel from airport and pickup. Checking in the shuttle was already booked for the 2 times we had to leave so we had to take a cab. $35. Hotel was very close to airport.

There was black mould in the bathroom. They left us waiting at the airport for over an hour (we had to call them 6 times). They advertise free airport shuttle, but you have to book it. And if you don’t book ahead of time then good luck getting on it. The staff were very rude when we were trying to figure out where to get picked up at at the airport. None of them went out of their way to be helpful. This is my third bad experience with a best western and I will not be visiting them anymore.
