Only 1 USB port worked in the room making it difficult to charge devices after international travel, the phone in the room wasn’t working to ring the main desk and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The staff organised a free shuttle back to their airport which was great and were helpful in sorting other requests

Internet was down when we checked in, had to wait 45 mins as staff figured out a system. Staff was friendly during this time while they figured out a system. Once in the room had no services for TV or internet. Had supper in the restaurant, staff was also friendly as they too were trying to figure out a system. The restaurant was only able to accept cash, we were not able to charge our dinner to the room. We had some cash with us, but it did change what we were able to order. No internet service in the evening, couldn't use TV or any streaming serivces. At check out they were still trying to catch up from the evening of checking everyone in. The staff was great, trying to do their best through the situation however disappointed that no discount was offered for the inconvenience.

I booked my stay online and paid for it. When I was checking in, they told me that the parking is not included in the package and I have to pay extra for it, while it was not mentioned during online banking.

Shuttle telephone line was called several times with no answer. When we finally gor ahold of the driver the attitude was no welcoming and the waittime at the airport was over 90mins.

The warm cookie was the best part. If you are a coffee person stay somewhere else. Terrible in room machine, no coffee station in the lobby and no near by coffee places. I imagine you can get coffee in the restaurant but I just wanted to good quality coffee - not an option. Phone in the room was also not working and I had noisy neighbours at midnight and it was challenging to reach the front desk to request an intervention. Clean and safe but nothing special .

The phone in the room does not work and the staff knows the phones aren’t working and says nothing to you as the guest. I needed a ride to the airport at 6am (shuttle runs 24/7) and I had to walk down to the reception every time I needed to speak to someone as no one answers when I try to call from my cell.

The phone and one bedside light in the room did not work. Also the air-conditioning temperature controls didn't seem to work very well and the room was either very cold or quite warm. Staff, however, were quite friendly and helpful.

Close to amenities. There system did not work during time of check in but they assigned us to temporary rooms so as guests can rest. We have no access to wifi or tv on first night but did not even get any complementary deal because of inconvenience. They just shug there shoulders about it.

Overall the hotel was good and the staff was nice, especially the housekeeping specialist responsible for our room on the 4th floor near the elevators, but after trying a king-size bed that was very soft and saggy, we moved to a room with two queen beds with not much improvement. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds in order to sleep on the side that didn't sag (where the majority sleep). This just means that the mattresses need replacing more often when there is a permanent dip. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, but they did suggest that all their beds are soft, but we know the difference between a soft mattress and a saggy one. They wouldn't experience the issue because they don't sleep there. I know it's costly, but hotel mattresses need replacing more frequently... which is something you would expect from a Hilton after all.
