The walls and floor of the bathroom were not sanitized and wiped clean prior to our arrival nor any day while we were there. The same blood smears from prior guests were there until my husband cleaned them

The clerck tha acceped us at night was not willingto accommodate me with a unit for handicapped saying that there was not such a suite in the hotel. I could not charge my telephone and it was not safe fir me to stay without a telephone. The next morning another clerck was a ble to accommodate me with a suitable room which was very comfortable and clean.

The suite has a full kitchen but no plates, saucers, bowls or glasses. No cooking utensils, no pots or pans. The only thing is a coffee maker with 4 Kcups. Why equip a suite with appliances if nothing is usable. Too bad the advertisements mention a full kitchen when you can't use it, unless you bring everything from home. Our choice was to stop at this hotel for the possibility for us to cook without having to always go to the restaurant. But for the rest everything was great

We stayed three nights. The location is very convenient, restaurants and stores just a few minutes of walking. The room is clean and quiet. The food for free breakfast are very good as well. Will be back to here if travel to Toronto
