The area was calm and had a grocery store in the parking area, and alot restaurants in the neighborhood. I didn’t expect the suite however to be partially furnished. It had a full kitchen and laundry provided but with no cooking ware, dining ware (needs to request at lobby) , dish or laundry soap. The internet was weak and only gave good connection in the lobby. The TVs were old and small that were impossible to interact with and only allowed us to watch the available channels. The provided breakfast had the same limited menu for the 4 days we stayed. The perks of the suites were very limited compared to other hotels and suites that we’ve ever been to.

So arrived at the hotel and happened that I lost my purse without my debit card in the auto to to pay the deposit. They refused to tack me in. I have to get my friend to drive all the way from a verifier place to give me $200 cash when I have money in my checking account so that’s why I’m making a complaint.

What was unique the hotel property commenced with it reception and lobby actually at the located at the 12 floor. And the elevator console in lobby are unique and interesting. Your typical request in the elevator was at the lobby then it would instruct you which elevator was readily available.

Even though there is a full kitchen, they do not provide any plates or cutlery. These items are available for a charge, which I found to be sneaky. The room was also very hot, 23°, and even though I had the air conditioning on and set to 18.5°, it's lowest setting, there was no moving it from that temperature. I was unable to sleep and called front desk in the wee hours of the morning, but they offered no assistance. It was a horrible sleep in advance of a very long day. :( The room itself is lovely. Free underground parking is good. Bed was comfortable with nice linens.
