I was in Toronto to attend an event at the International Centre. The Monte Carlo provided affordable, comfortable accommodation a short drive away. Room was clean, although decor a little dated. Staff always welcomed me with a friendly smile

Staff was pathetic Front desk staff Mayank does not know how to talk with the customer. So arrogant. No water bottle provided by the hotel staff in the room even water bottles were paid like seriously we have spent heavy amount for the room. They also deposit security I guess that is non sense. It was horrible experience.
