The hotel is really conveniently located, the staff are incredibly friendly & helpful, our room was immaculate & the views of the city & lake cannot be beat. We were able to walk to our concert venue in 2 minutes!

We have stayed here a lot before. Never had any issues. This time was different. We stayed from Friday to Sunday no one had cleaned our room Saturday and we were gone all day from 8am-6pm. We had to call for house keeping and even then all we got was new towels very disappointing. Typically when we store our luggage waiting for our room they offer to bring your luggage up for you this was not the case this time. I had called 20 mins prior for someone to assist with bringing our luggage down when leaving we waited and waited ended up carrying our own bags down. As a Marriott member that has just moved to gold status I did not feel like a member at all at this hotel. When I checked out I had mentioned I was very dissatisfied about the room service and all the lady says was I’ll look into house keeping. Not a sorry or even is there anything I can do for you. One thing that was perfect was valet service.

The fire alarm went off at 4am. To make it worse the manager kept coming on the loud speaker about six time announcing the same thing. Didn’t make for a good stay!

Hotel is dated booked a room over looking the lake but windows were so dirty you could not appriciate the view. Breakfast was ok a good selection but bacon tasted like plastic. Overall not worth $500 a night
