I do like some of the staff not all when it comes to customers service and the attention, they need more training how to handle issue, from the house keeping Huda and her mother are the greatest team and customers service skill happy for them for the extra miles. Also Reem have the great customer service skill. Thank you

Havaalanına yakın, ulaşımı kolay bir otel. Titiz biri olarak , temiz olmasına özen gösteriyorum. Yorumlarda çok temiz olduğunu okumuştum hatta abartı sandım. Ama gerçekten hak ediyor bu kadar güzel yorumu. Çok temiz ve odaları geniş. Gayet güzeldi. Fiyat /performans 10 da 10 . Trabzonda en iyi tercih diyebilirim bu anlamda.
