horrible experience...
first they had give us a key to the room , when we enter it was already occupied , it is horrible experience for people in the roomn that someone open a door and step in, other than that , parking area is just outside hotel in the mods , hotel staff were rookies and without any experience acting very confused, breakfast area was very busy uncontrolled and a total chaos, we asked for a spoon to have cerals, they have replied , we are ran out of spoon, we gave up and we went to their coffeee shop to have a coffeee to get a pea

Trabzon'da kalınabilecek en güzel otel. Tesis yeni hiç yıpranmamış. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlüler her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Odalar ortak alanlar tuvaletler heryer tertemiz. Biz eşimle 2 günlük bir konaklama için tercih ettik çok memnun kaldık. Bundan sonra tüm Trabzon ziyaretlerimizde başka bir yer aramayız tek adresimiz First Joy Hotel olacak. Kafe kısmı da oldukça keyifli, yemekler de gayet lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim pişman olmazsınız.
