**Hotel Review: Best Western** I recently stayed at the Best Western and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff were very kind and friendly, which was the only highlight of my stay. However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. To start, the amenities were quite basic and surface level. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by the unpleasant smell of smoke mixed with cleaning supplies. The bed was extremely hard, feeling more like a box spring with a very thin topper rather than a comfortable mattress. To make matters worse, there were dead bugs on the floor and what appeared to be a roach crawling around. The pool was another letdown. It was freezing cold, and the whirlpool was nothing more than a cold water tub, far from the relaxing hot tub experience I had hoped for. The continental breakfast was the biggest flop. The pancake machine was out of order, leaving guests with only frozen waffles, bread, English muffins, and a toaster. I arrived at 9 am to find that the grits were completely gone, and the tray labeled as "sausage" actually contained eggs and ham. The apple juice machine was also out of order, and the only fruit available was an apple. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The only saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately, that was not enough to outweigh the numerous negatives of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable st

The AC was so noisy so loud we had to stop it to be able to sleep a little all linens felt damp no wifi at all never been able to connect and no help from employee waisted one hour trying to connect pool was so dirty couldn’t see the bottom

Breakfast needs improvement. Paper plates are very flimsy. Need other choices besides scrambled eggs every day. Four days you were out of apple juice and orange juice. If you run out of an item, you should buy tlocally until your order comes in. Keep customers happy and they will come back. A big improvement is adding w a waffle maker. That is most people's favorite.

Location, cleanness very good. They provided two regular size pillow and two very small pillow for two people. My sleeping experience was not great due to very small pillow. They should provide all regular sized pillows in all rooms.

The staff was friendly and gave us a new room. The first room we checked into had water seeping out from the cracks of the floor and smelt like mildew. There wasn’t anything special about the rooms. And the breakfast was just blah.

staff friendly. bed comfortable but The room not so clean. There was sauce on the bathroom door. pool out of service and wifi did not work. Called the IT desk to resolve issue but unfortunately I was too far away from the router? kids were dissatisfied. I honestly could have just stayed home

The property is really dirty no clean at all , the pool isn’t working before we check in until we stay there for 5 days nothing was fixed even though I requested but they don’t care .. the lady in Front desk mean I did asked for my room to be clean , she told me , room services is every 3 days .. I was speechless I did insist telling her im staying for 5 days but I need my room to be clean .. I end up clean my room by my self.. she literally send the someone with To bring me mop to clean thw room by my self …I was so disappointed…I do have all the video like proof.. dirty Hotel room , the breakfast poor same breakfast everyday.,,, the pool dirty I mean dirty inside outside no clean at all .. I did request for the pool to be clean nothing done until we check out .. I will post the video for every thing I said … really bad place don’t wasting your money to come over … So disappointed with the services provided for this dirty nasty hotel …. I will post all the video .
