Elevator communication was out. No one to help to my room. Luggage carts filthy. Bathtub and bathroom not very clean. Beach chair had cigarette pack holder and bottle opener so clearly 30 year old chair. It was disappointing in every way except the bed was at least comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff. The beach chairs and beach towels already in the room is a great touch! Nice location to good eats easily within walking distance. Pay the extra for ocean view, you will not regret it!

Great location and view
Awesome ocean views from this hotel. The location was great for the Pirate festival we attended. Short walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of local shops to visit as well.

This is my favorite hotel on Tybee Island because of the ocean view. The staff is friendly welcoming and helpful! The rooms are clean and the pillows are fluffy.
