We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! I wish the jacuzzi got hot but i guess it wasn’t mean to be a jacuzzi lol So don’t be too surprised that it’s the same temperature as the pool. Many other reviews mentioned the bugs, lizards , mosquitoes and crowing roosters in the early morning; and i will say that is true…but it’s NOT bothersome the way ppl make it seem. There’s a lot of greenery/jungle in Indonesia. Bali is literally a 3rd world paradise so i’m not sure why many think it’s a bug free zone. Take your bug spray (use it 2-3x a day) …use the mosquito bed net provided to you and you’ll be fine. The villa was about a hour away from the airport since it’s located in Ubud but it was close (within 15min-30min) to all the places we wanted to visit. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again =)

Really decent but a little pricey
The place is really decent. It looks pretty and is really clean. The staffs are also friendly and there is scooter rental at the hotel itself for 75k (Finding one outside will be about 50k so it is not too far off) with a local mart right outside. However, I feel that the price is a little too pricey overall for a place in Ubud, Bali Indonesia.

Very nice but
It was really great except for the roosters crowing 24/7. Private pool was cold. Girl at the front desk spoke very good English and was extremely helpful. After listening to saws going on both sides one day we spoke to her and the next day silence. Food was great at the hotel. Brought to your villa. Drying rack in the bathroom had mold on it which ruined my shirt I put on it to dry. We pulled our sheet half off the bed so they would change it after 2 days. They didn’t. We had spilled on it.

Tropical Vacation
The villa is a great place to stay. For the most part it is quiet, except for morning wake up calls from birds. That is to be expected in such a tropical place. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us book a short trip to a white sand beach, and an ATV tour. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the city center. I wish there were more drop off and pick up times, but it still worked out for us. One odd thing was that we caught one of the employees leaving our villa room when we left for a walk around the neighborhood. There was no reason for him to be there as they had already cleaned earlier and we didn't ask for anything to be brought to us. Nothing of ours was missing, but I advise you keep your valuables locked up. Overall the stay was amazing. The pool was a great size for us and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. There are a lot of insects and small lizards but they were rarely bothersome. There are also local cats that you might see. They were always around when we were eating outside. I wanted an adventurous trip to Bali with a relaxing stay and the villa was perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this villa if you want a relaxing stay. If you want more noise and things to do, I would suggest staying in the city center.

Rural disappointment
Remember the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" On the outside the property looks good, lovely manicured gardens but look a little deeper and it's not a good look at all. The bed linen was stained and the pillows just GROSS. The place is falling apart, the shower heads were not clean so only a trickle of water would come out. Warning don't even try to open any cupboards as they may just fall off in your hands. I went to make a cuppa and I'm glad I looked inside the kettle first because it was not clean hence I decided NOT to make any tea. It is close to a temple and one night they were practicing their music for a celebration which was loud and didn't finish until after 10.30pm, so a late night and then in the morning we were woken by roosters and the smell of pigs. So be aware you are out in the country

A Quiet Getaway
Stayed here to top off our busy Bali trip with some quiet time at the country side and this was the perfect place. Beautiful villas in beautiful area not too far from Ubud's touristy areas but quiet enough for a getaway. HOWEVER. I read online about a guest's experience at one of the villas called Awatara (smallest villa at the far end of the road) who was shocked to find that behind his villa was some sort of farm and it was filled with horrible, horrible smell of pigs. Unfortunately upon check in we were escorted to that villa (Awatara) and sure enough it was true. the smell was horrible but it didn't last the whole time. only in the afternoon. Overall it was almost the perfect place except for the smell. hopefully this doesn't happen in all the villas.

Our villa was very clean and large and had its own private pool and eating area outside. It was totally enclosed so very private, and as its out of the main area quiet. The staff were excellent and keen to make our stay as memorable as possible, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was cleaned, and tidied, daily. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful
We stayed in Awatara Villa, it is a beau large room with a large outdoor bathroom amd kitchen and a private pool. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom also very nice with a big monsoon shower out in the open and a bath tub and a shower undercover. Nice comfortable bed. Beautiful private pool with two sun lounges. Outdoor kitchen was clean and had all the coffee/tea making tools. Food was delicious. Friendly service from staff. This place is about 15mon scooter ride from Ubud town, they allowed very cheap moped hire. This hotel is great for privacy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and returb to this beautiful place.

Head ache
Really cheap so I guess I have to manage my expectations. The 1 br villa was a steal for the price, almost total privacy, but I could hear my neighborS. They first placed me in the back close to the pig pens even though I wrote ahead of time to put me far from it. They moved me to another villa though. The service is horrendous! Food sucked and was never cold. They don't have their own kitchen and have to order to a nearby restaurant which takes almost 2 hours so order in advance. It's also very far from ubud center. The massage in the spa is great but they use cheap products, my skin got so irritated after my session, couldn't stop scratching for days. They also never have enough idr to change money. I loved the villa but that's it, everything else was a real hassle. And they don't have a door bell for the villas either so the receptionist calls you in advance to open your door or just to basically never close it.

Very far from the center, do not come by yourself
Very far from the main area. Do not come to this hotel by yourself it is almost impossible to find it, even our driver struggled a lot. The next day i rent a motorbike and spent an hour trying to find my way back to the hotel. Roaster noise for hours starting very early in the morning made my sleep very bad. Private swimming pool is good but too small. it took almost two hours to them to bring our lunch!

Gorgeous villa, terrible location
The villa was dreamy, it's almost brand new and huge. We had a one bedroom with private pool and kitchen. I have to say the space was generous. Alot of Bali villas make me a little claustrophobic, because of the high walls. But this place is well spread out. The downside is that they can afford to this because the villa is situated about 15m drive away from Ubud. That's too far (and too complicated) to walk and a 50,000rp taxi ride each time. The trouble compounds because the villa only offers breakfast (no lunch or dinner) so you must go into town each day - and therefore don't really get the chance to stay and appreciate the beautiful surroundings anyway. They say that they provide a shuttle drop into town, but once we had to wait over an hour for the car. A taxi ride back is 50,000rp - and make sure you get a driver who knows the location (our last taxi ride took about 30m getting lost in the village backstreets and we had to get to the airport). This place would be okay if you had hired your own scooters, and were comfortable riding at night-times as well as daytimes.
