I love this hotel. The room is big and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the people are kind and gracious. My disappointment was that the gym and pool were closed for renovations. Honestly, if I would have known that, I would have chosen another hotel. That said, I will be back here and I loved it.

The floor in our room was kind of dirty but everything else was amazing! We don’t drink coffee tea or beer so the free drink coupons didn’t benefit us and it would have been nice to have other options to use it on. Thank you for a nice stay!

This is a wonderful little gem of a hotel in Udon Thani. It’s in a small back alley so it can easily be missed. The decor is modern and traditional. Rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and I love the beds. The staff are wonderful and very sweet.

Best hotel in Udon Thani
My wife and I decided to stay here over New Years weekend. It was the same hotel we stayed out in June 2019 when we were married and I booked the same suite - the Saphire Suite. This is by far the nicest hotel in Udon Thani. The room is immaculately clean; the bed is incredibly comfortable; beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi tub which my wife loves; great shower with choice of shower heads; room is cleaned daily and is spotless. We both slept terrific in their wonderful bed and fabulous pillows. Breakfast in the morning is very good - a little crowded but that was to be expected for New Years weekend. A great experience and great hotel.

The hotel is settled in small alley in the middle of nowhere! I was pretty impressed when I first walked in the room which is a good size and modern but it last for only a minute, I was more disappointed with the size of the bathroom 30" x 48" which is about 10 square feet space, it just barely fits a 30" door in between the shower stall and the sink and 6" away from the toilet when the door is opened. I went down to the lobby to pay for an upgrade in hopping to get a larger bathroom size but the room is a bit larger but the bathroom is the same size. I have been traveling for the last 20 years and this hotel bathroom is the smallest, it's much smaller than any other bathrooms I have been in Tokyo and New York. Beside the bathroom so small, I believe there is no water trap built in that makes the smell of sewer very strong when showering, flushing or during faucet running and the AC stayed at 25 C to keep the room cool but it would not go any lower that than. This hotel was cheaply built, the floor seems to be hollowed, I was woke up at 3 AM by another guest on top of my unit, I could hear foot dragging, shower door open and slammed closed, shower running, toilet flushing, clearly hearing people talking and sounds from tv that kept me a wake until 6:00 AM. I was fooled by flashy design, nice photos, and good reviews. However, I would not recommend to anyone who is looking for 4-5 stars hotel especially must have a good rest while on vacation.
