I work in Ulaanbaatar and I was fed up with having no hot water, in my district, due to annual hot water pipes repair. It was a pleasant one night stay (with hot water). My room was well laid out with a good size bathroom that separately accommodated a bath and a spacious shower unit. Excellent air conditioning which stayed on when you left the room. The Blue Sky Lounge provides a stunning view of Ulaanbaataar.

No aircon for the room as staff mentioned due to weather all hotels turn off their aircon which turn out to be fake news as my other colleague staying in another hotel with aircon. The room was really bad with dead fly lying around and the cafe at ground floor don’t open in time.

When guest was asking about direction she just pointed to this way take the elevator to the 23rd floor without even hearing what their question is. Staff was wonderful. The location is excellent. The rooms are a bit tired and need some TLC. The carpets were a bit dirty looking as was the bathroom. The wall paper is torn and also in need of some repair. Overall a good place, but the room I stayed in needs to be fixed up.
