Awesome cave hotel
The owners/hosts are very welcoming and supporting. They offered us a choice of rooms as there are different size rooms available. The location is literally 2 minutes walk from the town centre so everything is accessible by foot. The room and property was amazing. Thank you to the host for a grear stay.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cette magnifique pension familiale au coeur du vieux village d'Urgup. Nos hôtes étaient adorables et nous ont été d'une grande aide : lavage de notre linge, réservation d'un bus pour reprendre notre avion. Le cadre est vraiment charment et très authentique. Le petit déjeuner servi est délicieux et le rapport qualité prix excellent!

A resonable budget hotel in Cappodocea. The owner, Hussein, and his Nelufer are very nice and helpful. They are very cooperative and do their best to solve your problems.

Otel değil pansiyon, park alanı denen yer sokak tam pansionun karşı kimse kullanmıyor, klima yok, buzdolabı yok, bizim odadaki yatak çok gıcırtı yapıyordu uykuda dönerken bile, odalar hiç temizlenmedi 4 gün kaldık, havlular söylenmeden değişmiyor..... Hizmet çok güzel, fiyatlar uygun, güler yüzlü bir aile işletmesi, dahaniyi olamları için potansiyeli ve istekleri çok var

Berbat!!
Oda aşırı dar ve berbat. İçine yatak konulmuş ve başka alan yok. 37 ekran tüplü tv var. Hem odanın kapısı hem de tuvaletinin kapısı zorla kapanıyor. Tuvalet kapısını kapatırken kapının kulpu elinde kalıyor. Nevresimler pamukçuklanmış ve temiz değil. Yastıklar hiç temiz değil kötü kokuyor. Ben yastığın üstüne ceketimi koyarak uyudum. Yerdeki yolluk benzeri şeyin ahı gitmiş vahı kalmış. Odada terlik, şampuan yoktu. İsteyince verdiler. Küçük bir aile oteli olduğunu göz önüne alarak zaten çok şey beklemeden geldik ama bu kadar kötü olacağını tahmin etmemiştik.
