The place is a dump. There are several places in this price range that are better. The only good thing to say is I didn’t get bed bug bites.

I stay here when in town for concerts at the amphitheater which is close by. Its not the fanciest place you'll ever stay but its perfect for a quick overnight trip. Comfy bed, clean and decently quiet given its proximity to 205. Shower was hot. Coffee was horrible but I've never had good coffee at a hotel so dont hold it against them. Lots of restaurants around is a plus.

While the property was close to where I needed to be while in Vancouver, it was extremely noisy. Being so close to the highway entrance. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The carpet in my room was filthy. My feet were black from walking on it. The breakfast menu was limited. The only hot food was waffles. Although I had limited interaction with the staff, they seemed to be fine.

Our non smoking room was clean, but the stale smell of cigarettes was so strong and seeped into the walls and carpet we slept with a towel over our nose. Our entire suitcase full of clothes smelled this way when we checked out. The property itself was clean and I am sure we just got a bad room. Would stay here again, but

Not worth the price
Hotel is outdated. Carpets are old and need refreshing. Lots of cosmetic issues from bondo on walls to old floor trim. Musty smell. TV didn’t work and staff couldn’t figure it out. Finally figured it out on our own.
