I would not recommend this hotel.. Staff not helpful they give incomplete or wrong information. Expensive for what you get… room poorly done they give you only one bed and one couch with a blanket consider as a bed and a twin bed that is really a cot.

Overall was a nice hotel in a beautiful location. Only thing was we believe my wife’s shoes were stolen by one of the cleaning staff. Unfortunately did not have enough time to investigate further or file a proper complaint as our stay was short.

A great escape hotel from Venice. If you’re looking to relax and unwind, this is the hotel for you. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were also modern, clean and cool.

Decent stay but great for Murano
We loved staying in Murano after 4 nights in busy Venice. It was quiet and relaxing. This hotel has some quirks (bed was not super comfortable, AC didn’t work very well) but overall I would still recommend it. It seemed like one of the better options on Murano and the location was fantastic. We had experience with one person at the front desk who was quite unhelpful but then Gloria was very helpful afterwards.

Lovely property by the water bus/Alilaguna‘s stop. It is easy to travel to Venice and back. Breakfast is slightly expensive at the hotel, 22 Euros/person, even for younger kids. We skipped that and enjoyed the Local bakeries. We would stay again at this Hotel.

We arrived SUPER late because of our delayed flight and had to walk through the entirety of Venice to catch a ferry to Murano somewhere around 4:30 in the morning. When finally managed to get to the hotel, the front desk clerk was able to get us checked in and on to our room for some much needed rest. After that the experience was great.

We loved staying in Murano while visiting Venice. The area was in a perfect location as the water taxi stop was right in front of the hotel. Easy transportation to and from Venice. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The only item to note is that you can't control the AC from your room. You have to request the AC to be adjusted at front desk.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano as the staff was very welcoming and the hotel itself was very clean. The hotel was in a great location which allowed us to walk and explore Murano easily. Our suite was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed looking at all of the glasswork throughout the hotel as well. There were many options on spots to eat close to the hotel and we did enjoy the live music in the courtyard while enjoying a few late afternoon spritzes! There was a supermarket around the corner if you wanted to pick up some snacks on your own, as well as a nice little osteria which seemed to be a local hotspot, but everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming! We would not hesitate to stay at the Hyatt Centric the next time we visit Murano. Almost forgot to mention the incredible breakfast buffet as well that was at the hotel; it had quite the selection of delicious foods!

We thought the Hotel was really nice and much better than expected. It does take a little while to fully understand how to get there and getting back to the main part of Venice was a little frustrating as the.boat you want to take to the main parking lot is only for priority passengers and the hotel failed to mention that when we asked . Probably a little language barrier . But overall well worth the stay and we loved the island and speciality glass shops . Also breakfast was really amazing ! The bar area was nice but a little under stocked but very welcoming and air conditioning in the heat was very nice . For the money we spent we thought it was well worth it and we maybe being overly critical here given the cost . You should research getting there and back to your location before coming having said that . Overall very good experience
