Staff wasnt available for any help, stood at counter and used telephone provided to tru to get coffee for our room and there was no anwser. Ended uo having to either wait till breakfast was open or use vending machine. Then once breakfast was open the coffee was horrible, rather would have gone to McDonald's. Poor service, even though bed was comfortable and room was satisfactory. Wouldnt choose to stay here again

When we got to the property, weā€™re pretty happy because it was older, but it was clean and it actually smelled good. We spent over $300 for our weekend which was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend. The problems we had were the TV was broken. We asked them to come in and fix it, they couldnā€™t get it fixed and they didnā€™t give us another TV nor another room so sad Friday night we just laid in our bed looking at our phones relaxing and watching TV. So then we thought they would fix it Saturday. Same thing happened Saturday night very boring after we came back to the room no TV to watch just sitting and looking at our phones again a very, very discouraging weekend , that was not good. The breakfast the breakfast is really not good. The eggs were cold. The sausage was cold. They had no yogurts. The breakfast was not good so we were needlessly to say very disappointed and the other things that did not work in the rooms were the lamp did not work and hardly any of the outlets on the lamps for charging your phone worked , but it was clean. People were pretty nice and the people were pretty nice.

Overall the stay was fine. Two issues - a. room had a musty smell when we first came in - solved by spraying room freshener throughout the room. b. overhead bathroom light bulbs were burnt-out - not yet resolved.

Older hotel with some recent renovations but still felt a bit run down. Carpeting was worn, shower curtain was tattered. Breakfast was sub-par with instant coffee and just a couple of hot options. I wouldn't say that it was a horrible experience, but I won't be rushing back to stay here again.

When we arrived we waited at the desk for 20 minutes trying to call the number provided as well as the manager number. Another 5 people arrived so i wandered around the building yelling out then i had to go into the employee/laundry area in order to find someone and let them know that we needed to check in. The room itself was nice and breakfast was adequate.

Just an average hotel. Breakfast was ok, beds were comfortable. Staff was nice but didnā€™t seem like they liked their jobs. Pool was small, good for 4 year olds. We stayed in the bottom level where pets are allowed and there was many stains on the carpet. Toilet clogged easily but was otherwise clean.

Discovered an inoperable fire/smoke detector in room. Reported it. They did NOTHING. At checkout, they would not give a receipt nor even come to the desk. They would only talk on phone when you could see them in the next room. Breakfast was not remotely what was represented at checkin the day before.

The hotel was dimly lit everywhere, including the rooms. It felt like there was hardly any staff there at all and there was just an eery feel to the place. Breakfast was not good with minimal options and nothing being replenished throughout the breakfast times. There was also no employee cleaning up spills and emptying garbages, so the counters to dish up your food were dirty, and the garbage can was spilling over with plates and cups. I will say the pool area was nice, although there weren't enough towels and the pool is very small. Overall, I did not feel I got my money's worth from what we paid to stay here and I would not stay here again.
