Desperate and disgusting
We had missed our plane and needed to find a new hotel quick. I only reserved this because there was an insurance included that would allow cancellations if something came up. Something did come up. An hour after making the reservation out airline called and got us a new flight from Orlando. We tried to cancel our reservation but they refused, saying it was less than 24 hours. Why would we be offered insurance to cancel if the insurance was only going to be good for about 12 minutes?! We arrived and were appalled by the dirty rusty room that stank very very bad. We immediately knew eating their breakfast was out of the question. We ended up having to go to Walmart to buy tons of essentials we expected to be able to buy or have complimentary from the hotel. They hadn't even given us body soap until we asked the front desk. We had to buy candles just to make the smell in there tolerable enough to eat food. It was clear they didn't allow a cancellation because they were that desperate for people to stay but forcing guests into your hep c hotel isn't the way. For the quality we should have been to paying a fraction but instead we paid almost as much for this room as we did for our incredibly nice Hyatt in the middle of Miami! If you think this review is just bitter because they forced us to stay, take a look at all the pictures I took. Redrum anyone? (The app won't let me post pics but I'll post on yelp)

The place was one of the dirtiest. Hotel i have ever stay in the shower was filthy shower head had mold on it the door was broke sheets were dirty and it smells cigarettes butts all over beer bottles will never recommend your Hotel my Dog was cleaner then this place.

This Inn property needs to improve. My room had to be changed because of the uncleanliness of the bathroom and the loitering of individuals outside my 2nd floor window. When we changed to a central room right above the concierge, the noise level outside the window until 4 am was unbearable. We requested our rooms to be freshened up’ within the 24 hour request and it took them 3 days to finally attend to the room. When I asked again, they told me I had to request it 24 hours in advance. When they checked their system, they saw I had. As for the towels, I was told to bring them down and at the laundry station they would change them. It also looked like some of the guest were actually using the facilities as housing. Please pick this Inn if you’re ok with these qualities. I was not. My last night there I spent it elsewhere, then returned to check out. Not a do over for me. Should not be an Expedia listing.

No frills but decent for the price
Very basic, clean, beds are comfortable enough. Service is below average, our room wasn't serviced. Bathrooms clean but old and in need of showers and fixtures.

Shower needs a remodeling
Overall it was a good stay as beds and sleeping area were comfortable. However was very disappointed with the shower. It reminded of a shower back 40 years ago when the room rates were $29.95 a night. Shower very old and antiquated and needs to be refurbished. Shower door would not close and bottom of outside shower area is rotting away.
