We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Moxy Hotel in Vienna. The location was perfect and very convenient to the airport. Check-in was easy, in fact we were able to get into our room early which allowed us more time to explore Vienna. We highly recommend staying there!

Lack of amenities and service that I expect from Marriott properties. No bag check? And a completely full “locker room.” I stayed here overnight bc I landed last night and my mom was flying in this morning. Her flight was delayed several hours so I have been trapped for over 2 hours in the lobby since check out at noon because I have no where to store my bags. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where there is not bag check offered and I find this completely unacceptable, especially being at the airport. Zero public areas for water or tea and no water in room, I had to ask them to fill up my water bottle behind the bar. Nonchalant attitude of staff that this is just the way it is here in Vienna…I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Vienna because I have family here and have never experienced this lack of service or amenities (I wouldn’t even call bag check an amenity but not sure what else to classify it as) before.

Super easy to get to from the train station. Equally easy to get to the airport the next morning for an early flight. There are Moxy Hotel directional signs everywhere to guide you. It is a little bit of a hike so if you have mobility issues (or small children who are walking) this would be challenging only due to the distance. Minimum 10 minute walk. There weren’t a lot of options for dinner at the Moxy so we walked into the airport and had pizza at Wolfgang Pucks restaurant. No fridges in the rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean
