Hotel was ok if you consider the excellent location but poor on cleanliness and poor on quality service, no kitchen equipment not even a spoon, no cups no plates no bowls no…a non functioning cheap coffee maker! A Loose bathroom faucet and non functioning living room TV! A broken sofa bed! Great view though!

The place is disgusted. It's dirty and smells bad. The bathtub with mildew, the toilet dirty. No toilet paper no towels. The electric stove greesy and the refrigerator dirty and smelly. No bedsheets and the mattresses dirty with breadcrumb. It was a bad experience for us. On top of everything my allergies got so bad. We did not stay there at all. Right away we went around the area to find another hotel. Management charged me for one night eventghough we didnt stay there. I took pictures of how bad the hotel is. The staff was very rude and nasty when i complained.

I stayed in Marjac approximately 5 years ago, and everything was very nice, for that reason I stayed there again, but this time it was very disappointing, the room they gave us seemed like they only changed the sheets and towels, the refrigerator, the kitchen, the bathroom and the floor were dirty, a bad smell throughout the suite, all the soap dispensers were empty, I had a very bad experience this time, the area is very nice all very close, but I will not stay in Marjac again because of the bad conditions in which they give you the room.

Only one elevator/stairs to go up and down. No service for garbage bag/towels/toilet paper/etc. The positive point is the stove if you want to cook, a big fridge/freezer, the beds are separate from the living room, nice view at the beach but the buildings that are more further foward on both side hide the boardwalk view.

Property is very close to the beach and in a good area to shop and get food. It seems more like a motel than a hotel so rooms were not fully clean when we arrived for our stay. The rooms are nice but not as clean as they could have been. Elevator does takes a while, but the people who work there are overall pretty nice.

It’s not as bad as what the reviews make it out to seem but I definitely see what the people are talking about in the reviews. Cleaning is upon request. You ask for two pillows they only give you one. I had 6 people in our room 4 pillows even 5 wasn’t cutting it. With this being said the pull out couch is not comfortable. Worst night sleep you’re going to receive. The other beds are great tho. Wish our room would have had a lock in the inside tho like normal hotels do

Everything about this hotel dirty. Our room floor was not cleaned very well, they literally placed a trash can over spilled stuff on floor. Leg was broke on the couch, there was no table for two chairs that was shown on the pictures, no bedding for the sleeper sofa and not enough towels for our room even though I booked for 4 people. We did not get any cleaning service or fresh towels during our stay. Only good thing about the place is the location and all rooms have a balcony

Definitely enjoyed my stay, was very clean and staff was great. A few things needed attention but nothing of major necessities that could be easily fix. If I was to go back I would definitely go back.
