Certainly experienced the bottom of American societal standards. Prostitutes and drug deals going on all night in the parking lot. Each to their own but the fact the door had an inch gap around didn’t help the noise coming through. Trying to put the safety lock on the door required me to get toilet paper to touch it with sticky residue all around the door frame. Mold on the air conditioner and musty smell made me worry about my health and slept on top of the bed sheets just to be safe. At least got some company in the form of three cockroaches one of which crawled out of the shower drain which filled up while showering. Maybe not the property owners fault but the patrons saying there and living in their cars in the lot really detract from what could be a good location. Posotive, the sunrise as I left the property was spectacular and helped my mood as I made my escape

The Seashire staff was great. The room was fine. The a/c and the room-darkening curtains worked well. There was a mini-fridge and free parking, and it was pretty clean and close to the beach.

We stayed in room 130 in the corner on the ground floor. The room was advertised as sleeping 5 but there were only two full size beds in the room. Upon arrival, the room was clean, smaller than expected, no chairs or seating in the room, there was a small desk and a stand under the tv to place food for the week, the blankets on the beds were just a bit thicker than sheets, (bring extra blankets) mini fridge with no freezer, small microwave that couldn’t fully pop a bag of popcorn, balcony with two chairs, we fed the ducks from it, nice view of Lake Holly & easy fishing access. For two nights, I could hear a dog walking around in the room above us for hours after I was told three times that I couldn’t bring my ESA which is a sweet 15 year old Chihuahua. The walls of the rooms are not very sound proof and one night at midnight we had to go to the front desk because the one neighboring room was being extremely loud. The staff took care of that within minutes. You can hear the neighboring rooms tv at night also. Our balcony door didn’t lock but had a bar that you would put in the track to keep the door from being opened. We refused cleaning services for the week and just switched our own towels out, emptied our trash as needed into the trash cans right outside our door and got toilet paper & trash bags as needed. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice little set up & the pool did have some sand in the bottom. Overall, wasn’t a bad place, quick walk two streets from the beach.

Nice Hotel by the Pond Convenient to Beach
We always Enjoy our stay this was Our second trip there The view is nice watching the carnival lights and duck pond. The room is very spacious and has nice kitchen sleeper couch and bathrooms are nice fan works well. Has nice sink with flat water faucet lighted mirror and nice shower plenty of towels are available on request.The Hotel is walking distance from the Board Walk and Nice Mexican Restaurant Side Street Cafe. Also Calypso Café many other Restaurants and Gift Shops.

They provided fast service. The parking lot was more convenient. Very attractive view of the lake . Clean and net room. The only thing what I have seen they don't have more than one chair even you have two bed room . The rest is good. Hopefully, we will be back again.

There was poop on the shower curtain when we arrived the hand soap was empty the floors were filthy the air-conditioning leaked all over bedroom floor they allowed people to stand outside partying and be very loud till all hours of the night and morning the pool was dirty terrible experience will never go back

A little bit beach & A little lake w/ great staff
The management team was wonderful, the kindest and most accommodating ever in many years traveling. They ensured everyone was good with the possibility of a hurricane coming, and if need be we were welcome to stay safe, the room was clean they were available to us for any need at anytime, however the room was great so really didn’t need to ask for anything. Loved my morning coffee on the patio to look on the lake and watch the ducks & only a 2 minute walk to the beach, we had lake and beach in 1 week.

This place is terrible We never even stayed we went had food came back. They said they cleaned the room. It was still disgusting and we just packed up and left. Check beds Sheets were disgustingly dirty, had pee stains. We lift up the sheets in the beds. The actual bed was dirty as can be stains all over it. The shower curtain in the bathroom had blood stains on it. It was disgusting.

Correct mais pas plus.
Motel correct, bien situé, près de la plage et des petites boutiques, belle vue sur le canal. Matelas de faible qualité, odeur de cigarette en continu, propreté acceptable mais sans plus, très bruyant. Notre air climatisé coulait, personne n’est venu voir malgré deux demandes en deux jours. On devait prendre les serviettes de bain pour éponger la flaque d’eau d’environ un mètre carré.

I really enjoyed the balcony & the view. Parking was very tight. It does advertise that the room sleeps 5 & that cots are available, however they were not.

The room had no hangers, no iron, asked many times for the towels to be replaced, never replaced. The floor had sand all over, asked management to have cleaned, never cleaned. Room never serviced, no sheet change, no garbage removal. Balcony had cut grass all over. One wall had large patch, and bathroom had no toilet paper holder.
