Cruise in to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Vietnam's largest international airport, which is located in Ho Chi Minh City, just 95 kilometres away. Reserve yourself a spot on one of the charter buses that travel directly to Vung Tau from the airport or rent a motorbike if you're feeling adventurous. Vung Tau itself is small enough to get most places on foot, but you can also catch a ride from one of the local professional motorbike drivers (just make sure they have an extra helmet for you, or you could be fined).
