Felt like an inconvenience at check in. Just asked for my card to pay the bond. No directions to which lift or anything. Bedside tables were dirty. No parking available. Rubbish service at the bar, could have spent more money. I Have stayed multiple times at this hotel & itā€™s the first time I have had such a poor experienceā€¦.. maybe itā€™s because I booked through WOTIF? But for what we paid I definitely had higher expectations.

I didnā€™t like they have a kitchen in the room but no cuttlery. I went and bought takeaways and no fork to eat it with or a plate to put it on. Also the little touches of free snacks and drinks in the room have stopped on this visit. Good central location with a comfortable bed

Overall very good hotel
Very nice decoration. Overall very good hotel experience. Only downside is the shower box quite small and fixtures are not very well fitted. Lots room to improve. Will stay again in the future.
